Our role includes managing crisis matters and assisting the participant to navigate through the situation and work towards achieving individual goals.
DAISI will assist in development of goal implementation and supporting you to work with the NDIS to arrange a plan that suits your needs.

Sam has worked in the sector for the last 29 years, working in both government and not for profit organizations. Sam has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Disability Studies and holds membership with the Developmental Educators Association of Australia. Sam has completed training with the Love Bites Program for the prevention of Domestic Violence as well as training with Family Planning NSW in providing Sexual Health Education and is currently studying a Diploma of Counselling. Sam commenced Support Coordination with DAISI in 2018 and now provides practice leadership and mentoring across the Support Coordination team. Sam's passion is:
