How DAISI Works with Service Providers
DAISI recognises the crucial role service providers play in the lives of people with living with disadvantage and in sustaining person-centred support. DAISI is committed to developing connections, capability and capacity in our community, customers and service providers. We are happy to share the information we have, enabling the development of good practice, sustainable support and innovation in the community.
We work to build service provider capacity in a range of areas and needs, for example:
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) service providers with information in support of sector changes and practice improvement
- NDIS 101 capacity building – see NDIS Participants page on this website
- Age, disability, health service, neighbourhood centres and general community
- In response to individual services’ needs, we train, mentor and support key personnel to develop strategic approaches to practice and organisational development. Contact DAISI to discuss your specific needs.
IT and system development
We are currently developing an approach to IT systems requirements within the NDIS, with a particular focus on the needs of small to medium service providers entering the NDIS market. It will simplify and streamline recording and reporting processes, providing detailed and interconnected data for more useful and strategic analysis.
To access information and resources on the above mentioned areas, or to provide feedback, please contact us by phone on (02) 6686 7887 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org We would love to hear from you about what you need and how we might be able to support you
