Feedback and Complaints What you think about DAISI, the work we do and how we do it is very important to us. Your feedback helps us to improve our existing services and to plan appropriately for the future. If you have any feedback or comments you would like to share or if you would like to make a complaint, please let us know. There are a number of ways you can do this. You can tell us by:

- writing a letter or call into our office at Shop 3, 166 River Street, Ballina, NSW, 2478
- or completing the following DAISI feedback form.
All DAISI complaints will be investigated within 5 working days and we will advise within 14 work days what we are doing about it and how long it will take. More information about how DAISI handles complaints is available in our Easy English Complaints Procedure and Complaints Flowchart.
